RETURN & REFUND POLICY

After receiving your shoes, we recommend you to open and check the size & quality of shoes immediately.

Zespik warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (120) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer.

The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.  If a Zespik product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Zespik will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Zespik is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

30 Day Return & Exchange

If within 30 days you’d like to return/exchange your purchase, you’re welcome to set up a return free of charge.
It can take 5-7 business days for our warehouse to process your refund/exchange, once we receive your return. We’ll pop you a confirmation via email when your refund/exchange has been made.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

If you received your order as a gift, please give us a call or email so we can see what options we have.

 

Replacement (if applicable)

If the item is faulty due to an error on our own end, replacement or refund will be applicable. Please prepare all the evidences and proof of purchases, then send them to our Customer Support team via support@zespik.com. A return may also be required in certain cases.

Once your evidences and return are confirmed, replacement will be processed immediately.

Once your evidences are confirmed, refund will be issued within 15 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Size Change 

For inquiries of changing sizes, please contact support@zespik.com. Please notice the change requests can only be accepted within 3 days.

In case the size you received is different from the sizes you ordered, your sneakers can be replaced At Any Time.

Notice: Make sure your sneakers is in brand new condition as arrival with remained tags and stamps. Zespik could not replaced any used products.

 

Order cancellation

If your order is cancelled within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day, you will receive your full refund.

If your order is not cancelled within 6 hours  from purchasing time, please understand that we try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at support@zespik.com and we’ll find a good solution.
If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 30 days of purchase. For more information, please read the Return & Exchange section above.
