HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order and purchase details.
You may cancel your order without getting any charges within 6 hours from the time of Order Confirmation Email.
It may take 1 - 2 days for your order to be processed for stocking, packing and shipping. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

HOW TO TRACK SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Once you receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to sync.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE I HAVE MADE IT?

If your order is cancelled within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day, you will be fully refunded.
If your order is not cancelled within 6 hours from purchasing time, please email us at support@pamojo.com and we’ll find a good solution. Our 6-hour free cancellation policy is based on our aim to fulfill your order timely.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can return the products and receive full refunds following our 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policies. Please read the Exchange, Return and Refund section.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You can make changes to your shipping information at the same day you placed your order by midnight
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our Support Team immediately.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN MADE?

For inquiries of changing sizes, please contact support@pamojo.com.
In case the size you received is different from the size you ordered, your sneakers can be replaced At Any Time following our Replacement Policy.
Notice: Make sure your sneakers is in brand new conditions as arrival with remained tags and labels. Pamojo could not replace any used, damaged and abused products.
